Accessibility
All In Ice Fest is dedicated to our mission. The primary goal is to get y’all ice climbing in community for as cheap as possible. So we threw together a chart to try and make it more clear for your own planning. We also want to give you a point of comparison:
Airfare (to Montrose)
Denver: $180+ Oakland: $375+ Chicago: $250+
All In Ice Fest
Ouray Ice Fest
Transport (to Ouray)
$15 Shuttle Service (up soon)
$400-$600 rental car
Lodging
Twin Peaks @ $140/night
Twin Peaks @ $292/night
Meals
1 Free Dinner / Free Breakfast
Food + Drinks = ~$100
No Free Food
Food + Drinks = ~$200
Tickets
Gear Card + Events: $101
All Access Pass: $50
Clinics
1 day: $175 - $395
2 day: $355 - $775
3 day: $595 - $1175
1 day: $299 (fest)
2 day: $559 - $598
3 day: $797 - $1200
Totals
~$1095 to ~$2290
~$2348 to ~$3464
So this is our best guess on how much things are going to cost (this is if you were on your own). If you come with friends you can significantly reduce the prices. The airfare won’t change much, but things like hotels and meals can be split which help reduce the cost. Here’s an additional list of resources:
Quality Inn (Alternate hotel that includes a humble breakfast). Note Ouray Ice Park Members get 20% off booking here. Ask front desk to confirm.
Mi Mexico Lunch Special: $12 (Dinner is $15 - $20 big portions)
Gold Belt Large Pizza: $25 (feeds 2-3, good pizza but low key saw the bartender wearing a “red hat” while working and serving - protect ya neck)
Maggie’s Kitchen: $12 - $20
Clinic Transparency
Squarespace has allowed us to streamline a lot on the website for an affordable price, but it does have its downsides. One of those has to do with selling things behind a membership (something we wanted to do to keep it our community). We’ve been trying to find a easy way to get around it, but ultimately this was easier. We want to be transparent. Here’s a view into all the clinic costs, and how many folks have signed up. On the clinics page you can also click quick view if you’re on a laptop. Mobile doesn’t have an easy way to show this information so here ya go:

Communication
A huge part of accessibility is being able to communicate with the All In Team. We’re so very sorry we’ve been hard to reach. The silly truth: The option to “Turn Off Mobile Notifications While Using Gmail” is what stopped the All In team from getting notifications from our communications email. We’re also a small team that works on many community projects that only has so many hours in the day. We humbly ask for your forgiveness. We created this page to address the major concerns we’ve heard from y’all, and have since turned notifications back on. If you have unanswered questions please reach back out. We’re listening :)
